Partners in Life, Inc.

Partners in Life believes that each individual can make a difference. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life of all patients who receive treatment through the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, a publicly funded hospital in Boston’s Franklin Park neighborhood. The Shattuck operates within a limited, state-approved budget that often does not allow for care and services beyond those that are essential. Partners In Life raises funds and accept donations to help supplement patients’ therapeutic, rehabilitative and recreational services. We strive to offer access to needed personal items that may provide comfort and aid well-being. We seek partners who can make our Wish List wishes come true so that hospital staff may implement creative and new programs that can make a difference in the lives of many of their patients.

Partners in Life was established in 1987 to serve patients with HIV/AIDS at the Shattuck Hospital. As the disease reached into broader communities, so did Partners’ work. We are now committed to helping any patient at this important, public, safety-net hospital.
