by Public Transportation
The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital is centrally located near
the Forest Hills MBTA station. We are accessible via a free shuttle
which runs regularly from the Hyde Park Avenue side of the station
to the hospital. We are also accessible via the #16, #21 and #31
MBTA bus lines.

Hospital is minutes from Boston, in Jamaica Plain. Follow Route 9,
east or west to Route 1 south (the Jamaicaway) for 3 miles to a
rotary. Go half way around remaining on Route 1, Jamaica Pond is on
the right. Proceed straight through second rotary to Route 203 (the
Arborway). Remain straight across overpass to third rotary. Go
3⁄4 away around and take a right, following signs to Franklin
Park and the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital. Lemuel Shattuck hospital is
located on the access road through the park. There is ample free
parking at the hospital.
